“I couldn’t have asked for a better role model,” says Carli today. “My mother showed me that a woman could be anything she wanted to be in life if she was willing to work hard and treat people with the kindness and respect they deserve.” As a result, Carli went on to graduate from Otterbein College with degrees in both organizational and speech communication before returning home to join forces with her mother.
